21-Day Meditation Experience –2nd Week’s Round-up

The journey of the 21-Day Meditation Experience with Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey continues! Last weekend, the centering thoughts were Today I am completely free of the past, and Today I am creating a better version of myself. If we took even the tiniest of steps toward both of those statements being true, then those moments in meditation were time well spent. I can burn through 20 minutes looking online at my friends’ summer vacation pictures, or studying the implications of Arian Foster signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. I can DEFINITELY spend 20 minutes a day in meditation, focusing on creating a limitless life.

What people are saying

I’ve received great feedback on this experience. Some of my email subscribers have sent me messages thanking me for inviting them to join me on this 21-day journey. People are finding ways to apply the concepts in their lives; others didn’t even realize how stuck they have become.

My experience so far

Some days, I feel like the meditation was created just for me. Other days, meh. It doesn’t really land. That’s the beauty of a 21-Day Meditation Experience. It doesn’t have to be whiz-bang-pow every single day to have a powerful impact. I connect with the message some days, and there will be days when I simply enjoy the time for quiet. Either way, it’s a positive, successful investment of my time.

The week’s round up

For those of you who are keeping score at home, or in case you missed it, here’s the round up of this week’s centering thoughts from the Chopra Center Meditations:

Day 8: I am aware of being cared for and supported.

Day 9: I find joy in creative living.

Day 10: I rest with comfort and ease in the present moment.

Day 11: My awareness opens the door to new possibilities.

Day 12: My life is dynamic because I welcome change.

These are not all true for me, but I see the power in considering each centering thought.

It’s not too late to join me.
