The journey of the 21-Day Meditation Experience with Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey continues! Last weekend, the centering thoughts were Today I am completely free of the past, and Today I am creating a better version of myself. If we took even the tiniest of steps toward both of those statements being true, then those moments in meditation were time well spent. I can burn through 20 minutes looking online at my friends’ summer vacation pictures, or studying the implications of Arian Foster signing a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. I can DEFINITELY spend 20 minutes a day in meditation, focusing on creating a limitless life.

My experience so far
Some days, I feel like the meditation was created just for me. Other days, meh. It doesn’t really land. That’s the beauty of a 21-Day Meditation Experience. It doesn’t have to be whiz-bang-pow every single day to have a powerful impact. I connect with the message some days, and there will be days when I simply enjoy the time for quiet. Either way, it’s a positive, successful investment of my time.
